Pre-work labor adjustment. If when our technician arrives, the actual labor turns out to be different from your quote, they will tell you the new price BEFORE starting any work. You can accept the new price or have your unopened part returned (if applicable). Once work begins, the agreed price is final.
Part returns. Unopened parts can be returned. Opened parts are non-returnable.
Disassembled machines. We won't repair a machine that's already been disassembled.
Right to refuse service. We reserve the right to refuse service.
$50 diagnosis fee. The Quick Check fee is non-refundable.
