How do I cancel?
Reply STOP to your text or call us at 866-268-0111. Cancellations more than 24h before don't have a fee.
When will the tech arrive?
We'll text you 24 hours before your appointment with a confirmation, and again when your tech is on the way with their ETA. You can also check your status anytime at the link we texted.
Can I share the appointment with my spouse?
Open your customer portal link → tap "Add to my calendar" → it downloads an .ics file that both phones can add. The 1-hour reminder is built in.
Photos + access
Should I send photos before the tech arrives?
Yes! Photos of the model number tag + the problem help your tech show up with the right part. Open your customer portal → tap "Send photos of the appliance".
How do I tell you my gate code?
Open your customer portal → tap "Add gate code / pet / access notes" → your tech sees them when they arrive.
Payment + warranty
When do I pay?
For self-pay jobs, we send you a Stripe payment link after the tech completes the repair. Most customers pay within an hour. For warranty jobs (AHS, Frontdoor, Choice), you pay your deductible direct and we bill the warranty company.
Why didn't my home warranty cover this?
Each warranty company has its own coverage rules. We submit the paperwork; they decide. If denied, we'll tell you why and offer alternatives.
Do you warranty the repair?
Yes. 90-day parts + labor on every job we complete. Some appliances have longer manufacturer-parts warranties through us — ask your tech.

Is my data safe?
Yes. We use the same encryption banks use. Customer phone + address + email are protected; never sold or shared.
