What counts as an "active tech"?
A tech who completed at least 1 job in the current calendar month. If your apprentice didn't work this month, they don't count.
What if I have 6 techs but only 3 are active in a month?
You pay for 3. Billing is true-up monthly.
Do you offer per-job pricing?
Not currently. Per-active-tech is the simplest pricing for a shop with consistent monthly volume. If your volume is irregular, talk to us.
What's included in the trial?
Everything. No feature gates during trial. We want you to actually use it.
How is this different from HCP?
HCP charges per technician seat + extras for SMS, payments, dispatching. Ant is one flat rate. Plus Ant has the AI tech assist + warranty automation + customer-portal features HCP doesn't have.
