Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how TN Appliance Exchange LLC ("we," "us") handles information in connection with Ant, our internal operations and accounting platform, including its integration with third-party services such as Digits.

Who this applies to

Ant is an internal tool used by TN Appliance Exchange LLC and its technicians, office staff, and owners to run appliance-repair operations (scheduling, job records, parts, payroll, and accounting). It is not a consumer product offered to the general public.

Information we access

• Job & customer data we create in the course of providing repair services (names, service addresses, appliance details, job notes, photos).
• Financial & accounting data via the Digits Connect API — we read ledger reports (e.g., Profit & Loss) and write job income/transactions into our own Digits ledger to keep our books accurate.
• Technician & payroll data (commissions, payouts) used to operate the business.

How we use it

• To schedule, perform, invoice, and follow up on appliance-repair jobs.
• To calculate and pay technician commissions and produce financial reports for the business owner.
• To maintain accurate accounting records in our own ledger.

Website analytics & advertising

On our public website (tnapplianceexchange.net) we use standard analytics and advertising technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to show our ads to people who may be interested in our appliance-repair and dryer-vent services:

• Google Analytics — measures site traffic and how pages are used.
• Meta Pixel — a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook & Instagram) that records page visits so we can measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site or resemble our customers. It does not collect your name or contact details.

You can limit this tracking through your browser settings, your Meta ad preferences, or industry opt-out tools. Choosing to block it does not affect our ability to service your repair.

How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf (such as Digits for accounting and our hosting/communication providers), and as required by law.

Data security

Access credentials (including API keys and tokens) are stored as protected environment secrets and are not exposed publicly. Access to operational and financial data is limited to authorized TN Appliance Exchange personnel.

Data retention

We retain business records (jobs, invoices, accounting entries) for as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal, tax, and warranty obligations.
