These Terms govern use of Ant, the internal operations and accounting platform operated by TN Appliance Exchange LLC ("we," "us"), including its integrations with third-party services such as Digits. (Separate SMS Messaging Terms govern text-message communications.)
Ant is an internal business tool for TN Appliance Exchange LLC and its authorized technicians, office staff, and owners. Access is restricted to authorized users of the business.
Ant connects to third-party services (including the Digits Connect API for accounting). Use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. We are responsible only for our own use of those integrations on behalf of the business.
Ant reads and writes business financial data to maintain accurate records. We make reasonable efforts to keep this data accurate, but it is provided for internal operational purposes; official tax and financial filings should be reviewed by a qualified accountant.
Ant is provided "as is" for internal use. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, TN Appliance Exchange LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the internal platform.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
