SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS Messaging Terms govern your receipt of text messages from TN Appliance Exchange LLC. You only receive SMS messages from us if you affirmatively grant consent by clicking "Yes, text me about my service" on a dedicated consent card shown in our intake chat before any phone number is collected. Customers who click "No, call me only" are never sent SMS — only voice contact.

Program Description

TN Appliance Exchange sends SMS messages for the following purposes:

Service appointment confirmations and reminders
Technician dispatch and arrival notifications
Job status updates and completion notices
Follow-up communications regarding your repair
Responses to your inquiries submitted through our website or chat

How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from TN Appliance Exchange via an affirmative two-button choice in our intake chat:

You describe your appliance issue and select a service tier in chat with Ant 🐜.
Before any phone number is collected, a full-width consent card appears with two buttons: "Yes, text me about my service" and "No, call me only". The chat text input is hidden until you make a choice.
Clicking "Yes, text me about my service" is the only path that grants SMS consent. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp, the version of the consent language shown to you, and the method (affirmative button click).
Clicking "No, call me only" records that you have NOT consented to SMS. You will never receive a text message from us. Voice contact only.

Message frequency: Varies based on your service activity. Typically 2–5 messages per service request.

Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To resume messages, reply START or contact us directly.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messaging is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to communicate with you about your appliance service. See our full Privacy Policy for more details.
