This is the exact consent step every customer sees before any phone number is collected. The customer must affirmatively click "Yes, text me about my service" to receive SMS. Customers who click "No, call me only" are never sent SMS — only voice contact.

04When consent is collected
Consent is requested AFTER the customer has described their issue and selected a service tier, but BEFORE any phone number is collected. The phone number input field is hidden until the customer makes an affirmative choice on the consent card.
Sequence guarantee: the chat text input is programmatically disabled while the consent card is showing. The customer cannot bypass it by typing — the only way forward is to click one of the two buttons.

This page exists so that anyone — a customer, a carrier compliance reviewer, or our messaging-aggregator vendor — can verify in under 30 seconds that our SMS consent flow is unambiguous: phone collection only happens after an affirmative button click on a card the customer cannot bypass. If anything on this page contradicts what you actually experienced in our chat, please contact us at tnappliancerepair@gmail.com so we can correct the record immediately.
